XVirtual review

X Virtual is an episodic catalog with a VR-labeled selection. Its support page distinguishes that selection from the standard video on other sites in the same network and gives a specific rule for downloading.

Look for the VR label

The home page has a free VR section and shows VR labels on individual listings. Support describes 180° and 360° formats for the VR selection and refers to Oculus and Meta Quest as headset families. Start from the VR label on a listing when choosing a video. The 3D media directory covers other catalogs with spatial formats.

Downloads start on a computer

The help center says active subscribers can download eligible videos in a desktop or laptop browser, up to 20 downloads in 24 hours. It says phones and tablets cannot use the download feature. That distinction matters if you planned to save files from the same mobile device you use for browsing.

Anabel’s take

The labels help narrow the catalog. I find the desktop download rule more useful than a broad promise of offline access because it tells me where I need to start.
