Crushon AI review

Crushon AI offers character chat and a way to save parts of a conversation as memories. Its official wiki describes who can view a saved memory and how pinned material affects the context a model can use.

A saved memory can be private or shared by link

The wiki says a saved memory can contain up to 100 chat messages and can be loaded back into a conversation. Private keeps it visible to you, while Unlisted lets anyone with the link view it. SpicyChat uses similar visibility choices for the character itself. Crushon applies these choices to a saved segment of the conversation.

Pinning uses some of the model’s context

Crushon’s token guide explains that pinned text takes up space that could otherwise go to recent messages. Character information and replies also take up room. A short summary can preserve an important detail while leaving more space for the exchange to continue.

Anabel’s take

I’d save a short private memory when I wanted to revisit a scene. For an ongoing conversation, I’d keep pinned details brief so there was room for the newer messages.
