Use the episode list to judge the standalone catalog
The Single Site card advertises at least 16 episodes. The much larger figure belongs to the network bundle. CzechAV uses a 32-site bundle on its public signup. With ExtremeStreets, you can compare the wider offer with a separate card for this one library.
The file control is on a computer
The public FAQ advertises downloads up to 4K. The help page limits eligible files to 20 per 24 hours and directs subscribers to a desktop or laptop browser. If you are picking episodes for offline use, check the resolution and file option on the specific episode first.

I’d check the list of locations and episodes before choosing the longer term. I’d factor the file option into the purchase only if I expect to download on a computer.
