NSFWStory review
NSFWStory takes a premise and offers a finished story in one pass. Its help page puts the publication choice next to the cost. Keeping a story out of the public library changes what you spend.
Choose the visibility before generating
The service lets you select tone, style and other parameters, then choose whether the story will be public or private. The help page describes one credit for a public story and two for a private one. It says credits are sold in packs with no recurring subscription for this workflow. The content policy prohibits sexualized minors, unauthorized use of real people and stories that glorify non-consensual acts.
A finished draft from one set of choices
NSFWStory’s help page describes generating a finished story from a setup and offers AI narration. SinStories also offers a turn-by-turn mode, where you choose a suggested move or write your own before the next part is generated.

Anabel’s take
I'd choose private before generating a one-off story I meant to keep to myself. I'd use a manuscript editor for a project where I expected to revisit the same passage several times.
