Adam & Eve Store review
Adam & Eve sells its own label alongside other brands. Its returns page describes a 90-day satisfaction window with product exceptions and lists different replacement periods for the two groups.
Check the listing and the postage
Adam & Eve says items sold on its site can generally be returned within 90 days for replacement or refund. The product description can specify an exception. The buyer pays return postage, and the store says original shipping and handling charges are excluded from the refund.
Look at whose label is on the box
The returns page lists up to five years for Adam & Eve labeled products and up to two years for other labels bought on the site. The separate five-year warranty terms specify U.S. coverage. The shipping page describes both domestic and international orders, so the address matters when reading the warranty terms. PlayBlue describes a separate store guarantee and may refer you to the manufacturer for longer coverage. Which seller handles the claim is worth checking before you order.
Anabel’s take
I'd check the individual listing and the label before relying on the headline window. For an order outside the U.S., I'd read the shipping and warranty terms separately.
