Tantaly’s official store separates delivery terms by destination. Its returns page gives buyers different routes for an unopened package and for an item that arrives with a fault.
Check the destination before using the estimate
Tantaly’s shipping table lists the United States separately. It shows an extra charge for Alaska and says it cannot ship to Hawaii. Other destinations have their own timing and charges. The table separates preparation from transit time.
Keep the packaging until you choose a route
Tantaly describes a 14-day return for unopened, unused products. Support must confirm the return before you ship it. For a defective or incorrect item, the returns page says to contact support within 90 days of delivery and asks for photos or video when you find damage or a defect. Sohimi asks you to report delivery problems within seven calendar days. Keep the two deadlines separate when comparing store policies.

I'd read the row for my address and leave the box intact until I knew the order was right. If it arrived damaged, I'd take the photos before packing it up again.
