Fleshlight review
Fleshlight’s official store distinguishes an ordinary return from a defect or an incorrect order. The return authorization matters even when the item is still unopened.
Contact the store before mailing an unopened item
Fleshlight describes returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. It refunds the product value and asks you to obtain a return authorization number and put it on the parcel before sending it. The shipping policy lists U.S. options and says international timing varies with the destination and customs. Tantaly also asks buyers to contact it before sending an unopened return, but its published window is 14 days from receipt.
A wrong item follows another route
The store asks you to contact customer service with photos if the product is defective or the wrong item arrived. The help page lists a separate 90-day contact window for those cases. Opening the package to find a fault is addressed there, while ordinary returns still require unopened condition.
Anabel’s take
I'd keep the order details and wait for the return number before mailing an unused item. If there was a fault, I'd use the documented photo route rather than start an ordinary return.
