Sohimi sells app-connected products through its own shop. Its refund policy uses different clocks for an unopened return, a delivery problem and a fault that develops later.
Check how the order is fulfilled
The shipping policy lists local or regional delivery and cross-border delivery as separate estimates. It says the carrier and service depend on where the order is going. The refund page asks buyers to report a wrong, missing or damaged arrival within seven calendar days of delivery.
Keep the seals intact for an ordinary return
Sohimi describes a 30-day return for eligible unopened, unused items with intact hygiene seals. It separately lists a one-year limited warranty for eligible rechargeable and electronic devices. Fleshlight also gives eligible unopened returns 30 days. Its help separates defects and incorrect orders from an ordinary return.

I'd keep the seal intact until I was sure about the item. If an item arrived wrong or damaged, I'd contact support within the first week.
