Updated 22 October 2026. This notice describes storage and analytics features confirmed for PlayHard054. The review of other services is continuing, so this is not an exhaustive list of every service or processing activity.
Browser storage
The website stores a random analytics identifier, a daily analytics marker, session state, time-zone preferences and locally saved favourites in your browser. Favourites can include up to 200 saved entries. A session feature keeps a short history of up to five previously displayed items. The analytics identifier has no explicit expiry in the reviewed code. Persistent browser values can remain until you or your browser remove them. Session storage is scoped to a browser tab and may be restored by browser session-recovery features.
Website analytics
PH Platform Analytics records a browser identifier, device category and usage events, including page and interaction events. For search events, this module records counters and removes the search query and URLs before queuing them. This does not establish what other services or server logs retain. Its visitor table stores a salted hash of the identifier with the reporting date, device category and first-seen time. This module excludes logged-in visitors. A hashed identifier should not be treated as a guarantee that data is anonymous.
The site also uses WP Statistics and Independent Analytics. The inspected WP Statistics settings enable IP anonymisation and hashing. Its option to associate logged-in activity with WordPress user IDs and its storage of full user-agent strings are disabled. Disabling this association does not, by itself, exclude logged-in visits from WP Statistics; the plugin can count visits without a WordPress user ID. Independent Analytics currently excludes the administrator role. According to its documentation, it derives a visitor identifier from the IP address, user-agent and a salt and stores analytics in the website database. These are descriptions of settings and design, rather than a verification of every stored record.
Retention
PH Platform Analytics cleanup targets visitor records older than 120 days and aggregate records older than 730 days. Cleanup is limited per run, so these targets do not guarantee that every older record has already been removed. These periods do not apply to every service or to browser storage. Independent Analytics is currently configured to keep data without automatic deletion and not to rotate its visitor salt automatically. Retention in the other services has not been fully verified.
Badge records
Badge records can contain the subject of a snapshot, its category, level, value, date and signature, the source page, an unverified external-account hint, and cumulative copy, image-request and click-request counters. These counters do not prove unique people or verified installations. Cleanup targets uncopied records older than 90 days and all records older than 730 days. Removal of a record can make its tracked link unavailable.
Yandex Metrica and external services
The page code initialises Yandex Metrica with click-map, outbound-link tracking, bounce-measurement and session-replay options enabled. These features can process browsing interactions and page content. This technical check did not verify which individual sessions were recorded or inspect visitor recordings. Delivery and recording can depend on browser and service settings. Yandex has its own data practices and retention.
Images, media and embedded services can load from external providers, which receive connection information when the browser requests their resources. Following an external link also takes you to a service with its own data practices. The services named in this notice are not an exhaustive inventory.
Your browser controls
You can remove this site’s stored browser data in your browser settings. This may reset preferences and favourites. It does not itself delete server-side records or records held by external services; storage can be created again during a later visit. In the inspected WP Statistics settings, Do Not Track (DNT) handling is disabled and consent-plugin integration is set to None. Enabling a browser DNT preference should therefore not be assumed to stop this site’s analytics. A site-wide opt-out control has not been verified in this review.
