Adult Film Database review
If all you remember is part of a title, Adult Film Database lets you narrow the search by year, decade or studio. If you remember the company that released it, there’s a separate studio index.
Narrow a film search by year or decade
The advanced movie and video form has separate fields for title, year, decade, director, studio and video category. The year and decade fields help separate films with similar names, even when you only remember roughly when one came out.
Browse by studio before choosing a format
The public studio index organizes entries by studio, and the title index offers a separate route into the catalog. Adult Empire describes a shopping and rental catalog with on-demand, DVD and Blu-ray routes. If you start with a partial title, use the database to narrow down the work before checking which edition a store offers.
Anabel’s take
I’d use this to pin down which release I was looking for. Once I had the title and studio, I’d carry both over when checking a store for an available edition.
