The store describes the satisfaction return as running for 60 days from purchase. It directs buyers to its return process to start a claim. The order record matters because this offer is described by the direct store and has its own starting date. Fleshlight requires ordinary returns to be unused and unopened. That is a different offer from BathMate’s trial for pumps bought directly.
Treat a faulty part as a separate case
BathMate says the pump warranty starts on receipt and lasts two years. The warranty page describes contacting support and says the team can sometimes send spare parts for a fault. The returns page also describes warranty help for damaged or faulty items.

I'd keep the purchase and delivery dates in the order confirmation. They answer different questions about which route I'd use if I needed to contact the store.
