Clips review
Clips is a marketplace for individual videos from independent creators. Its public catalog includes stores and categories, and its terms describe purchases and unlocks at the item level.
Start with the creator or the specific clip
The public listings let you browse creators’ stores and find creators who accept custom requests. The customer terms describe a clip purchase as permission to access the specified item. Check the listing if you want a particular version or want to know what the creator offers separately.
Downloads depend on the individual item
Clips4Sale documents two download routes, including an email link and downloads from a signed-in account. Clips.com’s terms allow downloading only when the service provides an option for the particular item. If keeping a file matters, look for that option before buying.
Anabel’s take
I’d start with a single clip I can identify from its listing. I’d check for the download option before using this as a place to build an offline collection.
