DreamGF publishes separate voice rates in its membership policy, so you can estimate the difference between sending a message and making a call.
Read the account maintenance clause
DreamGF reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance charge to accounts whose users previously purchased the service. The policy describes deleting the account as an option for users who do not wish to pay it. Check your account and the selected billing terms to see which charges are actually listed.

I’d check the voice rate for the format I use most. I’d also read the maintenance clause before deciding whether to leave a previously paid account open.
