DreamMates review
DreamMates offers text and voice companion chat. Its terms describe a free message allowance, access restrictions by region and a separate refund rule for Gems purchases.
The terms list 100 free messages
DreamMates says a free user can send 100 messages before membership is required. AI Angels gives guests a daily cap and free accounts different rates depending on the character. DreamMates describes a single free allowance before asking users to choose a membership. Its terms also limit access to listed countries and regions.
Gems have a separate 24-hour refund window
The terms say requests for Gems refunds must be made within 24 hours, and that a request will be refused once Gems are used. They describe monthly, quarterly and annual membership terms separately. Check the payment and renewal terms shown for the purchase you choose.
Anabel’s take
A hundred messages gives me room to try more than an opening exchange. I would put off buying Gems until I knew which feature I wanted, given what spending them does to refund eligibility.
