The content policy distinguishes consensual adult roleplay from prohibited material.
Manage the membership on Patreon
CumWithUs also uses Patreon for paid membership, with a public podcast alongside it. EroticSaga uses the membership to unlock writing and export. Its pricing page says each payment covers 30 days and renews until cancelled. The site directs you to Patreon to stop the next charge. It says access stays open until the paid period expires.

I'd use undo on a chapter I was still shaping and keep an exported copy once I wanted to move it into another editor. If I joined for a single story, I'd manage renewal in Patreon after saving it.
