Just a Chat offers free adult rooms for conversations between visitors. Its terms say guests can enter without registration and can create a free account for additional features.
A nickname is enough to start
The public directory offers rooms by topic and describes private messages and blocking. The community rules ban bots and tools that simulate other users, and direct reports to a moderator in the chat or to the site by email.
How long messages can be kept
The privacy policy limits routine storage of room and private messages to what it needs to deliver them. It can temporarily retain logs for moderation, investigations or legal obligations. Compare iSexyChat, whose terms explicitly allow the operator to record and reuse messages. Just a Chat can still collect an IP address and general location.

I’d stay a guest for a first visit. A free account would make more sense if I found a room I wanted to return to.
