Kales AI review
Kales AI separates ordinary conversation, roleplay and story mode. Its public guide describes which modes are part of a membership and points to a separate set of rules for generation.
Story Mode is a membership feature
Kales says visitors can try part of normal chat without signing up. Its guide places both Roleplay and Story Mode in the membership. GPTGirlfriend gives character browsing a creator leaderboard. On Kales, I’d start by choosing the kind of session I want, since an everyday chat and a continuing story have different access rules.
Generation has its own requirements
The guide says image and video generation requires signing in and that the generation page shows the applicable Coins, Gems or membership conditions. The membership page also offers extra Gems as a one-time purchase. That makes it worth checking the cost of the specific action alongside the subscription features.
Anabel’s take
I’d try normal chat to see how the character comes across. If I wanted an ongoing story or repeated image generation, I’d check the membership and the generation price separately.
