Kiiroo’s direct store gives different return conditions by destination and different warranties by product type. The distinction matters when the order includes both an electronic device and an accessory.
Read the rule for the delivery region
The returns page describes 14 days for the EU and UK, with an intact seal and unused condition where a hygiene seal is supplied. It gives a separate seven-day route for unopened, unused returns elsewhere, with possible deductions. The shipping guide identifies destination-specific delivery estimates and possible import charges.
Check which item the warranty covers
Kiiroo lists a one-year warranty from purchase for electronic devices bought directly and 60 days for Feel by Kiiroo strokers. Its limited warranty covers manufacturing faults and excludes some consumables and accessories, including replacement sleeves. Support asks for order details when you start a claim. Lovense lists a separate 90-day period for specified replacement parts. With either brand, look for the name of the actual part on the warranty page.

I'd read the warranty line for each part of a bundle before deciding where to buy it. I'd also check the return rule for my destination while every seal was still intact.
