OurDream offers conversations with AI characters and uses Dreamcoins for certain media actions. Its help center separates the coin balance from subscription access and explains why characters may disappear from the public list.
Check the balance as well as the subscription
The help center says Dreamcoins can be used for actions such as images, videos and voice calls. It also says an active subscription is required to buy more coins. Candy AI lists a monthly token allowance alongside its subscription. OurDream’s help page makes an active subscription a condition for buying additional Dreamcoins.
A public character’s visibility can change
The help center says a character may stop appearing publicly when its creator makes it private. The site also has publication requirements. Check a character’s listing if access to that specific profile matters to you. A coin balance does not establish whether a particular profile remains public.

I’d check the coin rules if I expected to use voice or media often. I’d also check the current listing of a character I planned to return to.
