Penly review
Penly sells packs of credits for generating and editing images. Its help page describes how those credits are spent, and its terms explain the limited use it makes of submitted content.
Purchased credits stay available for future projects
Penly’s FAQ says actions such as generation and background removal have their own credit costs. It also says purchased credits never expire. NudeCreate uses a prepaid balance for generation. Penly gives the balance a broader job, covering both making an image and editing it afterwards.
The terms limit how Penly uses your work
Penly says it uses content only as necessary to provide the service and excludes training, marketing and redistribution. The terms also say ownership of outputs remains subject to applicable licences for inputs and compliance with the service terms.
Anabel’s take
I’d compare the cost of creating an image and editing it, since the two can draw from the same pack. The lack of a credit deadline would matter if I only used the tools occasionally.
