The terms dated October 2023 list weekly, monthly, six-month and annual billing. They say the subscription renews until cancelled before the next period. The same document says you can go back to Free Use at the end of the term without deleting your account. The current selection of intervals was not visible on the public landing page.

MyLovely AI also describes cancelling before renewal and using Premium through the current term. Its terms mention that unused credits may expire. TextHub explicitly describes moving back to Free Use without deleting the account, which is useful if you want to step down and keep the option of returning.

I'd start with the limited access for one conversation. If the weekly option were offered at checkout, I'd choose it for a short run and treat its renewal date as part of the decision.
