Ask which return route applies
The returns help describes eligible returns for unopened and unused products, free returns for store credit or exchange, and a refund or replacement for a defective item. It asks buyers to contact support first for a return number and shipping instructions. Extreme Restraints limits its ordinary return to store credit and says a restocking fee applies. Check the refund method before treating the policies as equivalent.
Anabel’s take
I'd keep the original packaging until I was sure about each item, especially with a split shipment. I'd ask support which outcome was available before mailing anything back.
