ZoogVPN review
ZoogVPN’s setup guides show where it offers app-level split tunneling. Its payment terms also specify how much data you can use while keeping a paid plan eligible for the published refund offer.
Check the operating system before counting on split tunneling
ZoogVPN documents app-level routing choices on Android and in its Windows release. The provider’s privacy policy says it does not keep online activity logs and describes aggregate upload and download volume collected to run the service.

Seven days also comes with a data condition
Planet VPN describes a 14-day direct withdrawal route with its own conditions. ZoogVPN’s refund policy describes seven days for qualifying direct purchases, plans of at least 30 days and a requirement to have used less than 10 GB. It limits eligible payments to cards and PayPal and lists a 5% administrative fee. Check those conditions if you are weighing a paid subscription.
Anabel’s take
I’d start with the Windows or Android setup guide to see whether I could route the apps I actually use. If I was evaluating a paid plan, I’d keep an eye on the data limit from day one.
