Egirls AI review
Egirls AI offers character chat and lets users create their own companions. Its terms describe the default visibility of new characters and what happens to the remaining Coin balance when a paid term ends.
New characters start out public
The terms and privacy policy say characters you create are visible to other users by default. They say you can switch character visibility to private in settings. OurDream also documents a private setting for characters. On Egirls, the default makes it worth checking visibility as soon as you create a character.
Coins can expire when the paid term ends
The terms say remaining Coins become unusable at the end of the billing period after cancellation, and do not carry over to a new subscription. The privacy policy treats character visibility separately from chat data and says generated content can be reviewed.
Anabel’s take
For a character built around a private story, I would set its visibility as soon as I made it. A leftover balance would not persuade me to renew a plan I no longer wanted.
