Platanomelon review
Platanomelón publishes shipping tables for mainland Spain, the islands and other European destinations. Its returns guide explains where to go if you bought the brand from a different seller.
Use the destination table
The delivery page lists mainland routes, the Canary Islands and groups of European countries separately. It describes Swiss deliveries as DAP and says the buyer pays applicable taxes at delivery. Use the destination row for the estimate and any free-shipping threshold. Sexshop Express publishes a weekly dispatch day for Canary Islands orders. Look for that schedule as well as the delivery estimate when comparing the two.
Keep direct and third-party orders separate
The store describes a 30-day direct-order return from receipt with the original package sealed. Its incident guide directs people who bought through another retailer or platform back to that seller for warranty handling. It asks direct buyers to contact support before mailing a return themselves.
Anabel’s take
I'd look up the destination before choosing where to place the order. I'd save the receipt from the actual seller because that's where I'd start if I needed warranty help.
